Class of hotel accommodation – 5*or Deluxe, 4* or First Class, 3* or Tourist Class.

Anticipated number in the group – 20 paying members is a standard average.

Tour Host benefits and/or prompter fees – the financial remuneration for the tour host and/or promoter/travel agent is determined at the time of the quote. The "Earned Trip" ratio may vary according to the duration of the tour, retail cost and the wishes of the tour host.

Tips and personal gratuities – Many tour hosts prefer to include all tips in the total cost of the tour. Usually, you are expected to tip any one who performs special individual services for you
-- such as headwaiters, bus drivers on your tour bus, sightseeing guides, etc.. For general planning purposes, you should expect tips to run from $50.00 to $100.00 per person, depending on the length of your tour.
